Macbeth Essay’s

1.) Macbeth’s tragic flaw is his ambition. Macbeth’s ambition drives him to kill his best friend and Macduffs family, with out ambition Macbeth lost his life because as soon as he found out that Macduff wasn’t born naturally he lost all ambition and lost the duel with his life.

2.) This is a tragic play, and most tragic acts happen at night in the darkness. The night and darkness is when most of the dirty act such as Duncan’s murder. Sleep is important because no one knows what’s going on around them at night. Dreams are important because people can see what’s happening around them when they’re dreaming.

3.) Shakespeare uses blood, darkness, and disease imagery very well, Shakespeare uses these ideas to foreshadow evil deeds that are about to happen. One such example would be the night Duncan was murdered, it was very dark, horses were eating each other, and the next morning, everyone found out that Duncan was murdered.

4.) In the beginning, Lady Macbeth is evil, she wants to kill the king to have Macbeth become king, and her queen. Lady Macbeth tells Macbeth to suck it up and kill the king when he had second thoughts about killing the king. As the play goes on though, Lady Macbeth begins to soften up, Lady Macbeth eventually commits suicide and kills herself because she can’t handle knowing what all she and Macbeth have done.

5.)In the beginning Macbeth is a loyal servant of the Scottish army, but as the play goes one Macbeth becomes evil, his ambition to become greater leads him to kill king Duncan, and become king, but than Macbeth worries that someone may try to over take him, so he has his good friend Banquo killed, because Banquo is suppose to be the father of kings. Macbeth also has Macduff’s family killed, because he feels that Macduff is a threat to him. In the end, Macbeth’s ambition and knowledge that no one born of women could kill him, Macbeth feels he is unstoppable, until he fights Macduff and learns that he was untimely ripped from his mothers womb. he than kills Macbeth.

6.) Shakespeare is commenting in regards to the nature of man, as men are suppose to be cold hearted, have no emotions, and feel no remorse for what they do. Macbeth is and exception to this, in the beginning of the play Macbeth is very emotional to killing the king, he doesn’t believe that he can kill Duncan, but than lady Macbeth tells Macbeth to suck it up and kill the king.

7.) In my opinion, Lady Macbeth is responsible for spilling Duncan’s blood, but for the rest of the blood that’s spilled, Macbeth is responsible for, even if it was the murders doing the killing, it was Macbeth that hired them.

8.) Macbeth is a tragic hero according to the classical definition. Shakespeare does a good job of trying to create sympathy for Macbeth, but he doesn’t. Shakespeare makes Macbeth look like a monster, but he is still just a tragic hero

Today I was able to complete most of the castle, just have to add bricks to a couple more sides and it will be complete, and some windows.

Today I made no progress on my castle project, not able to stay focused today

I was able to complete most of the snowman tutorial, but was unable to move the camera or the light source. I was also able to begin work on my project, which will just be a simple castle

Today was a bit better, I was able to figure out how to control heights of items without changing the width’s of the item. I also managed to complete 1 Christmas tree, I am still finding this program very difficult to work with because of all the options that there are. and no way to delete 1 item without deleting everything else.

Today I made good progress, I was able to complete a few more steps in the snow man tutorial. I was able to figure out how to undo mistakes that I made. The program is still very difficult for me.

today I made very little progress, blender is a very difficult program to work with, i am having a lot of difficulty getting items sized right, and if I mess one thing up, I start all over again because I can’t figure out how to undo it
